All Communities CARES Rental Assistance Program
The All Communities Outreach Services (ACOS) CARES Rental Assistance Program provides funds to assist low to moderate-income, eligible residents with unpaid rent due to a COVID-19 related hardship. This program is intended to stabilize housing for the low to moderate-income residents and those at greatest risk due to loss of employment and/or loss of work wages due to COVID-19.
Who can apply?
Renters who have experienced a job loss or a reduction in annual income due to COVID-19
How do renters qualify?
The basic eligibility requirements are:
Must be renting your home
Renter income must be negatively impacted due to COVID-19
Renters household income must be at or below 100% of the area median income before COVID-19
Applicant is listed on the rental/lease agreement
Renter must be a U.S. citizen or qualified resident alien
Renter must be unable to pay rent due to COVID-19
What assistance is provided?
This program’s assistance shall not exceed two (2) months of a household's rental need and/or a maximum benefit of $2,000, whichever comes first. Funds will be issued in the form of a grant and will be paid directly to the landlord on behalf of the applicant.

Appointments or Walk-ins are welcomed at our office located at 112 E. Mission Ave, Bellevue NE 68005.
No appointment necessary, but individuals with appointments will take precedence. Call our office at 402-257-1122 to set up an appointment to complete the application.
After hour appointments are made on a case by case basis.

*Monday - Thursday, 9 am. - 4 p.m., by Appointment Only, Walk -Ins, Mondays and Tuesdays 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Closed: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
